(As all students will be required to have on a face covering at all times during the day.) · Refrain from bringing large bags and book bags. (In an effort to maintain adequate spacing students are asked to only bring necessary supplies to school. No lockers will be available.) · Monitor your child’s health. (If your child is running a fever or is not feeling well, please refrain from sending your child to school, as this will help us protect the health of others.) · Discuss with your child the importance of social distance. (As all students will have assigned seating arrangement throughout the day to help with contact tracing, students are expected to adhere to all procedures and practices.) The building will remain with limited restrictions to parents, to prevent numerous parents gathering in the office area and limit the number of contacts with office workers. Any parent, who wishes to make an appointment may do so by contacting the appropriate personnel. A more detailed plan will be available on the Brewbaker middle school website this week. Any parent who did not complete the commitment form will need to contact the school and finalize their choice as to if they wish for their student to remain virtual or return on October 13. No changes will be made the students learning preference after October 12. Parents all students who are remaining virtual or responsible for logging into all classes throughout the day. There will be no packets available as a learning method for the second nine weeks.
